I Face Exchange Refusal for Victoria’s Secret Temptation Shimmer Body Spray

I purchased a Temptation Shimmer body spray from the Victoria’s Secret online store with order number 936TR8255L. However, when I wanted to exchange it for the non-shimmer version of the same product, I was told that exchanges were not possible. When I contacted customer service, they also confirmed that the product could not be exchanged.

I would like to exchange the item I purchased for the non-shimmer version from the same collection. I kindly request assistance in resolving this issue.
