Viber Flagged My Account as Spam After Sending a Normal Message
While using Viber on my Xiaomi 11 Pro, my account was flagged as spam for unusual activity after I sent a friend a message that simply said “me too” during our conversation. As a result, some of my account functions were temporarily restricted. Although the screen says the issue may resolve itself after a few hours, my messages are currently not reaching the recipient, and I cannot have a normal conversation.
I do not think it is acceptable to restrict my account this way when I used an extremely ordinary expression in a normal conversation. I would expect Viber to conduct a more careful review before flagging users as bots or spam and to ensure that normal personal conversations like this are not mistakenly identified as spam.
I am asking Viber to immediately remove the restriction on my account and restore my ability to send messages to other users without any issues.
