Viagogo Sold Me Fenerbahçe–Galatasaray Tickets That Were Never Delivered
On March 30, I purchased two tickets from Viagogo.com for the Fenerbahçe–Galatasaray Turkish Cup quarter-final match scheduled for April 2. The next day, I received a message saying the tickets were being transferred to my Passo account. But the tickets were never delivered, and no solution was offered by Viagogo.
Since their message said the tickets would arrive by the afternoon of the match day, I traveled from Ankara to Istanbul with my 10-year-old son—only to find out there were no tickets. At the last minute, I had to buy new ones from a different platform just so we could attend the match.
Now it's been three days, and I still haven’t received a refund for the undelivered tickets. This experience caused unnecessary stress, extra costs, and deep disappointment.
My money was refunded with a small deduction.
