Viagogo Claims My Tickets Were Sent, but I Never Received Them

I purchased tickets through Viagogo, and they claim they have been sent, but I never received them. Every time I contact customer service, they give the same excuse, saying the tickets were "transferred." Yet, no tickets have arrived, and no one is actually helping me resolve this issue.
I have sent multiple emails, and instead of providing a real solution, they keep giving me the same scripted response, making it feel like they are just playing games with customers. This experience has been frustrating and exhausting.
I demand that Viagogo either send me the tickets immediately or issue a full refund. Enough with the excuses—fix this now!
