Viagogo Refuses Cancellation Despite No Payment or Delivery Method

I am submitting this as a formal complaint regarding Sale No. 634613821 for Harry Styles at Johan Cruijff Arena (Amsterdam Arena), Amsterdam, Netherlands, sold on 28 January 2026 via Viagogo. After completing the sale, I discovered that your platform does not accept Georgian IBANs, which makes payout impossible for me. In addition, PayPal verification is not functioning in my region, so I am unable to use this option either. At the same time, Ticketmaster has not enabled ticket transfer for this event, so I cannot deliver the tickets through their system. I have not confirmed any ticket transfer, and no delivery has taken place. I contacted Viagogo support by email immediately after discovering these issues and have acted in good faith throughout. Your support has acknowledged that these limitations are beyond my control, yet my request to cancel the sale has been refused, and I have been informed that the sale remains binding, despite the fact that both payout and delivery are technically impossible due to platform restrictions and third‑party limitations. In this situation, performance of the contract is objectively impossible, as I am unable to complete the transaction despite my willingness to do so. Under these circumstances, insisting on penalties or replacement charges would be unreasonable and disproportionate, and would not be in line with fair dealing. I therefore formally request written clarification from your legal or compliance team explaining how I am expected to complete this transaction when your platform does not allow me to receive payment and Ticketmaster does not allow ticket transfer.
