Viagogo Payment Not Issued For Completed Ticket Sale
I am filing this complaint regarding Viagogo’s failure to process payment for a ticket sale that has been fully completed and confirmed on your platform. I sold two tickets for the event “Boiler Room Türkiye – Day 2” through Viagogo (Sale ID: 557599619) for a total amount of 7,200 TRY. The original event date in April was postponed with no new date announced at that time. The final event date was later confirmed as 12 November, yet the event continued to appear as TBD on the Viagogo platform for an extended period. Despite this, I fulfilled all of my obligations as a seller. The tickets were delivered well in advance, the buyer successfully used them on 12 November, and my Viagogo account now shows the event as completed. Nonetheless, no payout has been issued to me. Please see the attached screenshot indicating the order status as completed. All requirements under Viagogo’s Seller Policy have been fully met, and there is no outstanding action or documentation required from my side. I have contacted Viagogo customer support multiple times and was informed that the matter had been “escalated to the relevant department,” but I have not received any concrete response, explanation, or resolution. At this point, the issue appears to be an internal payment processing failure on Viagogo’s end, and the continued delay and lack of communication are unacceptable. I request that the 7,200 TRY payout for Sale ID 557599619 be processed immediately and that I receive a clear written update confirming the status and timing of the payment. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will consider pursuing further formal remedies.
