I Paid for Front Row Lady Gaga Tickets but Got Cheaper Seats Far from the Stage

I traveled over 6,000 kilometers from Turkey to Singapore just to see Lady Gaga live—something I’ve dreamed of my entire life. This was meant to be a once-in-a-lifetime experience. I trusted the ticket platform and paid a total of 1,233.99 Singapore Dollars for two PB4 – Row 1 tickets, which were clearly marked as front row on the seating chart at the time of purchase.

But on the day of the concert, the tickets I received were for section PD2—much farther from the stage. To make matters worse, those seats are sold for just 8,478 Thai Baht each (around 332.14 SGD), which is less than half of what I paid. I was promised premium front-row seats and was given significantly inferior seats instead. That’s deception, plain and simple.

I tried to resolve this issue at the venue, but there was no staff available to help. I contacted customer service, but they offered no support whatsoever. My pre-concert hours were spent in stress, searching for answers and getting none.

If I had known I wouldn’t be seated in the front row, I would have chosen better-view seats in an elevated section for a lower price. But instead, I was misled and overcharged for something I never received. This is an unacceptable bait-and-switch.

I demand at least a 50% refund. I have all the documentation, proof of payment, and seating details to support my claim. For now, I haven’t shared this publicly on social media or other channels, but if I don’t receive a proper resolution soon, I won’t hesitate to raise my voice on every platform possible.

As an international fan, I invested my time, money, and hopes into this event. Being treated like this is not just disappointing—it’s outrageous. I expect accountability and compensation immediately.
