Just had a terrible experience with Viagogo—DO NOT BUY! I had tickets for the Oasis concert today. I received the tickets on July 9 and contacted them right away, but I had already resold the tickets and couldn’t transfer them to the buyer. I spent four days calling them, and yesterday, the tickets disappeared from my account. They called me and said they would find a solution. But today, I found out that I’ve lost both my money and my tickets. Really? This has been a horrible experience and the worst treatment as a customer. I just want my money back!
