On August 21, 2024, a service technician came, conducted all necessary inspections, and took photos. They confirmed that it was a manufacturing defect, but stated that factory approval was required. On September 20, 2024, I received a call from the factory, and I was informed that the product could be replaced for a fee, requiring a payment of ₺12,000. Despite the product being within its official warranty period and having an extended warranty, this request reflects Vestel’s lack of commitment to honoring their warranty. Vestel is a regret.
