Venmo Scammers Used My Personal Information To Create An Account
I never even signed up for Venmo, yet here I am dealing with the fallout of some scammer using my email address to create an account. reached out to Venmo multiple times, practically begging them to take down the fraudulent account, they refuse to acknowledge the problem or take any action to rectify it. How can a big company like Venmo allow scammers to run rampant on their platform? It's beyond comprehension. I'm left wondering if they have any sort of security measures in place at all, if they do, why haven't they detected the obvious signs of fraudulent activity associated with my email address?
