Velobet - Unresolved Technical Issues and Poor Customer Service

I started playing on Velobet in late July 2025, and right away I saw that some games were having big problems. Some run with such a long delay that you can't even play right, and others, like Spinomenal, don't work at all. I called customer service on August 3rd hoping for a fix, but they already knew about the problem and said they couldn't do anything. The worst part is They even told me to leave if I didn't like it. That's not how you treat people who spend their time and money on your site. They seem to want you to quit and leave, just like so many other people have. To be honest, it's not worth staying because Velobet clearly isn't going to fix these problems.
