Wrongful Valorant Ban on PS5 Digital Edition, Requesting Riot Review

On the morning of September 24th, while playing Valorant on PS5 Digital Edition, my account was suddenly permanently banned even though I have never used cheats, third-party software, or external devices. When I tried to log in, I was met with a “Clause 7” message and my account was fully suspended.

The banned account’s Riot ID is: th knox #4151. I have never engaged in cheating or inappropriate behavior, and this is the first time I have experienced such an issue. My only purchases in the game have been cosmetic items such as weapon skins.

I was unable to reach Riot Games customer support, as I could not find any direct contact number.

I am requesting that this permanent suspension be lifted and that Riot Games perform a detailed review of my account. I want my access restored, as I did not violate any rules.
