I Face Invalid Valorant E-Pin Code Issue from Ucuzpin — Code Already Used

On October 4, 2025, I purchased a 3,650 VP Valorant E-pin from Ucuzpin for 786 TL, paying with my debit card (Order No: #110556/127193). However, when I tried to redeem the code on the Valorant platform, I received a message stating that the code had already been used, preventing me from completing the transaction.
I contacted Ucuzpin customer service regarding this issue, but I haven’t received any response so far. This is the first time I’ve experienced such a problem, and I’m disappointed with the lack of support.
I expect Ucuzpin to resolve my issue by sending me a new, valid Valorant E-pin code immediately.

I created a support ticket by purchasing a new VP, and I received a response in a short time and they sent a new e-pin. Make communication easier.

On 09.10.2025, I purchased a Valorant VP E-pin code worth 233.56₺ via credit card on the Ucuzpin website (Order No: #110591). However, the code provided to me had already been used. Even though this is the second time I have experienced this issue, I submitted a support request but have not received any response for 3-4 days. I request that the product I purchased be sent quickly with a valid code and that my grievance be resolved urgently.

I immediately created a support request, but my request was marked as 'resolved' without any solution and no new code was sent to me. I have experienced a similar issue before. There was no information provided regarding whether the code I purchased was guaranteed or eligible for a refund. I request that a valid Valorant e-pin code be sent to me to resolve my grievance.
