Valorant Account Unfairly Banned by Vanguard for a Virus Detection
I previously submitted a complaint, but I’m writing here again to follow up. About 2–3 years ago, Valorant’s Vanguard system mistakenly detected a virus on my computer as a cheat and unfairly banned my account. At the time, I accepted it as a failure of Valorant’s service, but I recently learned that many of my friends who experienced the same issue had their accounts restored after submitting a ticket. That gave me hope and encouraged me to reach out again. I spent years building that account, invested a lot of time, and deposited a significant amount of money into it. I clearly remember the ban happened around the time the Chaos set was released—I was planning to make a purchase that day, but everything fell apart. I'm kindly requesting that this misunderstanding be reviewed and corrected. Please, dear Valorant officials, I truly hope you will reconsider my case. Thank you in advance.
