Valorant Account Mismatch and Unauthorized Charge

Order number 218246015 involved purchasing a digital Valorant account. The product I received is different from what was shown on the product cover. Additionally, when I tried to log into the account delivered the next day, the credentials did not match. The seller claims they provided the correct information, immediately defending themselves, which is frustrating since I wouldn’t have contacted you if there wasn’t an issue. The initial problem is the mismatch between the account sold and the account received. The listing promised a set guarantee, but the description mentioned only one item. The seller is using misleading language, and Shopier is siding with them, leaving me scammed out of 1120 TL. I’m left without the account and my money. This situation has caused significant distress, and I am very disappointed with Shopier's handling of this issue.
