I purchased Valorant VP from Shopier, paying ₺160. The product image clearly stated that I would receive 11,000 VP. Nowhere in the description or anywhere else did it mention a different amount. However, after completing my purchase, I only received 130 VP—far less than what was advertised! I immediately contacted the seller, expecting a resolution, but instead, I was told that refunds are not possible. On top of that, the seller’s attitude was rude and unprofessional. This is blatant false advertising, and I feel completely scammed. Shopier, this needs to be resolved immediately—either give me the VP I paid for or issue a full refund! This is unacceptable!
