About a year ago, my Valorant account was suddenly banned without any apparent reason. I tried to understand why and submitted a ticket to the Valorant team. Their response was unsatisfactory and didn't lead to any resolution.
Regarding the support team's reply, as I mentioned in my attachment, I'm an Engineering student, so some programs on my computer are cracked due to lack of student support. This isn't related to my gaming. Additionally, I wanted to play with my group of five friends, but one friend's rank didn't match our team. So, I let my friend use my account while I used my wife's. After my account was banned, I learned that my friend's accounts were also banned. I realize sharing my account was a big mistake, and I regret it. I want to emphasize that I did this to enjoy quality time with my friend group.
As shown in the attachment, I have a long purchase history, and I've been actively playing Valorant since the closed beta until my account was unexpectedly banned.
I feel wronged by this unjust ban and regret sharing my account. I'm eagerly waiting for this issue to be resolved as soon as possible so I can regain access to my account.
