My Valorant VP Purchase Not Credited Despite ₺570 Payment
On September 11, 2025, I purchased VP worth ₺570 in Valorant using my bank card. The money was withdrawn from my account, but the VP was never credited to my game account, nor was the payment refunded. My account username is beyaz190355. I did not receive any error messages; I was only asked to send the payment receipt to infogpaycomtr, which I did. I had used this same method in previous purchases without any issues, so this is the first time such a problem has occurred. I request that this matter be resolved immediately and that either the VP be credited to my account or the full amount of ₺570 be refunded to me without further delay.
