Foxepin Charged Me ₺500 for Valorant VP but Product Not Delivered

About 10 minutes ago, I attempted to purchase 2050 VP for Valorant through Foxepin. During the transaction, my credit card was charged ₺500, but the purchase was never completed and the product was not credited to my account.

No order number or transaction ID was generated, and I did not receive any confirmation email or error message. After the attempted purchase, I also checked my card statement but found no proper record of the charge, even though the payment amount was deducted during the process.

There were no errors, freezes, or connection issues on my device or browser at the time of purchase. This is the first time I have experienced such a problem with Foxepin. So far, I have not been able to reach Foxepin customer support regarding this issue.

I am located in Istanbul (Esenyurt). I am requesting either a full refund of the ₺500 that was charged or for the 2050 Valorant VP to be properly credited to my account without further delay.
