I am absolutely outraged with Valorant and their unfair banning practices! In June 2023, my computer was infected with a virus, which resulted in an HDMI ban on my Valorant account. I later learned what an HDMI ban was, but in trying to access my account, it was then permanently banned. This is completely unacceptable, especially since I've invested a staggering ₺17,000 into this account and poured countless hours of effort into it. All that money and hard work are now gone, just because of a virus!
Is this fair? To have years of investment and dedication wiped out because of a malicious program I didn't even intentionally install? I've submitted numerous support tickets to Valorant, but I've received absolutely no response. It's like they don't care that their loyal players are being unfairly penalized and losing everything. Accounts where we've invested so much time and money are just being summarily closed. This is a profound injustice and a huge waste of my efforts.
Valorant, you need to rectify this immediately. Unban my account and restore all my content and progress! I demand that you investigate this issue properly and provide a fair resolution. Stop punishing innocent players for circumstances beyond their control. I want my rights honored, and my account restored!
