I Bought Valorant VP but Didn’t Receive It After 3 Hours—Still No Refund or Support

I purchased Valorant VP three hours ago and still haven’t received anything in my account. I’ve been waiting patiently, but at this point it’s completely unacceptable. I trusted this platform because it was recommended as reliable, but my experience has been the exact opposite.

I contacted support immediately, but I haven’t received a single response. No update, no explanation, and worst of all—no refund. My money is gone, and I have nothing to show for it. How is this acceptable for a platform under Riot’s name?

If the VP isn’t going to be delivered, then I expect a full refund of the ₺ I spent. I shouldn’t have to chase after support for something I paid for in good faith. Also, the service they promote on Instagram is nothing like the reality. This kind of negligence is a huge letdown.

Riot or the vendor—whoever is responsible—needs to fix this immediately. Either deliver my VP or return my money. Don’t keep customers in the dark like this.
