Account Suspension Issue with Riot Games: Request for Assistance
Dear Riot Games and valued employees, I sometimes start my games 1 to 2 minutes late due to connection and system issues. I occasionally receive warnings, which I accept. However, a few days ago (on 08/01/2024), my account was suspended until 08/06/2024 (today). I was very upset, but I couldn't appeal anywhere.
On the day my ban was lifted, 08/06/2024, when I entered my first match after the suspension ended, the game took almost 3 minutes to load after I selected my agent. I finally managed to enter the game, but I found myself taking damage immediately. I had just entered the game, and when I respawned (I was in a deathmatch), I continued to play normally. However, when the game ended, I noticed that my account was suspended until 08/06/2025.
Please help me. I have spent years on that account, and I want to play Valorant again.
