Vakıfbank Account Block Complaint

I'm facing some delays in removing a block from my Vakıfbank account, even though there are no payment issues. Unfortunately, I am unable to visit a branch at the moment due to the holiday. Despite the promised resolution dates passing, the block remains unresolved. I kindly ask for appropriate measures to be taken regarding the customer service representatives who provided me with inaccurate information. I would greatly appreciate a swift resolution to my issue.
