Upwork Experience Was Lack Of Support And Communication
though I've used Upwork a few times to find AI help for my work, each time has been kind of disappointing, the work I got didn't live up to my hopes, so I had to pay more money and take more time to hire more help to fix the problems that started in the first place. when I chose Upwork, thought I would get professional work of a high quality, the lack of good communication tools between the hirer and the freelancer was one of the biggest problems. My obvious experience is that as soon as you hire someone, you're on your own. no middleman or support system to make communication easier or make sure problems are fixed quickly. This lack of support is especially bad when there are disagreements or misunderstandings. As a hirer, I prefer a smooth process.
