Struggling To Find Work On Upwork Using Basic Plans
I'm trying to find freelance gigs on your platform, everything is stacked against me, especially with the basic plan… I'm stuck at a disadvantage. finding those "connects" things to apply for jobs are super difficult – either they're hidden well, or the whole platform needs a major makeover. Navigating everything feels clunky and awkward, making it a struggle to even search for jobs, let alone apply for them. even for the few jobs I find, clients have way too many options. There's always a bunch of freelancers offering to do the work for like, $5! That's barely anything, and it totally brings down the value of what we do as freelancers. Shouldn't it be about quality work and fair pay, not who can work for the cheapest?
