moving is already a headache, getting a quote must be easy, but not so much with you guys.I tried to get a free estimate for my move and it took forever to hear back. when I finally get the quote, it's like this whole maze of fees. Flat rate, truck usage, okay, I get that. But then there's a million extra charges for everything under the sun – more movers, packing stuff, the list goes on, I need to move before the end of July no later than august 2nd but with your complicated fee table I’m not sure if I can pick you, even with all those fees, it's still hard to know exactly how much the whole thing will cost. Stairs, distance to the truck, all these things can jack up the price, you should give another thought to how you calculate things.
