Uption Customer Service Negligence

Good morning, At the time, I was under the age of 18, and I registered an account with Uption; however, they erased it on their own accord. I have been attempting to get in touch with them for several days now since I am older than 18 years old, but they have not offered any aid. A follow-up was promised, but I have not received any communication from them. In search of an immediate resolution!
