UPS Consulate Document Delivery Is Expensive and Slow
I am very dissatisfied with UPS for how they handle consulate-related shipments. They monopolize the process, offering both overpriced services and unacceptably slow delivery times. A package I handed over on the 6th is still not delivered, with the website stating it will arrive on the 12th. This is far from acceptable, considering most APS services deliver within one day, not six.
UPS’s lack of urgency and poor customer focus is evident. Consulate documents are time-sensitive, and such delays are frustrating and stressful. I expect a faster resolution and a reevaluation of their delivery timelines for essential services like this. UPS must improve its efficiency and customer care immediately.
