uMobix deleted my logs unexpectedly — how can I recover lost tracking data?

If uMobix deleted logs unexpectedly, understand there’s no official recovery tool that can restore lost tracking data after it’s been removed from their servers — once logs are gone from the dashboard, you generally can’t get them back through the app itself.

uMobix does claim to capture device activity - including deleted messages or calls - as it arrives in your account, but it doesn’t guarantee preservation of older deleted logs indefinitely and doesn’t offer a built-in “recover deleted logs” feature like a backup archive you can roll back to.
