Last week I noticed a charge from Udemy on my credit card, except the problem is that I never made that purchase in the first place! It almost seems like they took the payment without my knowledge – and there's no way to get into contact with them on their site either, let alone a contact person. If I'm completely honest, this kind of shady behavior really doesn't give me much faith in this company, so it would be wise for you all to take extra precautions when inputting your card details while making a purchase. As for me though, it looks like I'm stuck waiting until customer support eventually responds so I can explain and hopefully sort out this mess – not exactly ideal...
