Wrongful Ban in Growtopia—Banned for No Reason, Ubisoft Won’t Fix It

I was randomly exploring in Growtopia when I entered a world suggested by the game. The world had a portal with no ownership—no WL placed. I placed a DL and broke the portal, but just as I was doing so, the game started a countdown for a restart.
Unfortunately, I was sick and dealing with slow breaking in-game, so I couldn’t retrieve my DL before the restart. When I logged back in, I found out I was banned for "casino participation"—which makes no sense! If Ubisoft checked the logs, they’d clearly see I was in that world for barely a minute and did nothing wrong.
Ubisoft, unban me and fix this mistake! This is unfair, and your lack of proper investigation is ruining the game for honest players.
How did you get unbanned? What steps did you follow? I was recently banned. I was preparing for Valentine’s Day, so I sold all my items and stored them in a storage world (over 40 BGLs). They are not replying to my messages because my account is suspended. What should I do? Please help.
