Lost Item in Uber Taxi Istanbul, No Response From Support

On Saturday, September 27, at 11:49 AM, I used the Uber Taxi service in Istanbul. At the end of my ride, I realized that I had forgotten my child’s coat in the car. The driver’s name was Mr. O***. Since then, I have tried multiple times to contact Uber through the support section of the app, but I have received no response at all. The help center does not answer, and I am unable to recover my lost item.

I request that the coat be located and returned to me as quickly as possible, and I expect an urgent response from Uber regarding this issue. I ask that my problem be resolved without further delay.
