Ubereats Made Me Wait Hours For A Simple Burger Delivery

Burger craving hit me hard around 8.30, so placed an order, fast forward an hour and a half, left I was still at home waiting for it, figure I'd call and check in, the contcat line was soo anoying I regret having that urge that night, thinking maybe online tracking would give me an update, opened "check delivery." Which was empty. After midnight I accepted the situation and gave up, I order all the time, especially on work trips, this was a disaster. Not only did my some good bite dreams get crushed, I had to deal with whole refund process. Now I say to everyone, when you see these guys,maybe skip it unless you're cool with the idea of a very expensive, very empty fridge.
