Turkcell Line Transfer Stuck Waiting for Courier Delivery

Since February 13, 2026, I have been waiting for my Turkcell SIM card, which I requested through number portability, to be delivered by Kuryenet. Even though two delivery appointments were scheduled over the past week, I received messages both times stating, “Delivery could not be completed because you were not at the address,” despite the fact that no courier came to my address. I was home all day on both occasions, and my address information is clearly and correctly listed in the system.
Because of the courier’s failure to complete the delivery, I am the one experiencing the inconvenience. For every day that my SIM card is not delivered, I am being charged unnecessarily and suffering financial loss. I can provide all necessary evidence if required. My tracking number is 4581160285798.
I request that my SIM card be delivered as soon as possible and that I be compensated for the financial loss I have suffered during this process. I also urge the company to pay closer attention to such situations and take the necessary steps to prevent similar issues from happening again.
