Turkcell Debt Sent To Law Office And Increased Unfairly

I am a Turkcell postpaid line subscriber in Ankara and I use the line with number 5309108***. A few months ago, a debt arose on my line and I was first informed about this with an SMS and then by phone. During the phone call I stated that I would make the payment, but I was told that if I did not pay within two hours, my file would be sent to the law office. Despite this, Turkcell’s receivables company Coll Alacak later transferred my file to an external law office and I learned today that my debt, which was originally ₺3,316 has increased to approximately three times this amount with legal costs. In the SMS I received it was even stated that if I did not pay, the amount could reach twice the original with extra costs and default interest, and now I am faced with a much higher figure at the law office. My clear request is that I be allowed to pay only the original ₺3,316 debt without any legal and additional costs, that the extra fees and legal expenses reflected by the law office be cancelled, and that my file be withdrawn from the law office and handled directly by Turkcell/Coll Alacak. I request that my grievance be resolved and that a fair arrangement be made regarding my debt.
