Türk Telekom Poor Internet Service and False Promises
My experience with Turk Telekom has been nothing but frustrating as we enter our second year. The internet is consistently unreliable, and customer service continues to feed me lies. They asked for a month to improve, but it's been weeks and there's still no connection and no support team in sight. I made the grave mistake of agreeing to a contract a few months ago, and now I face a 2,500 tl penalty if I cancel. I'm paying for a service I can't use and will have to pay a hefty fine if I cancel. Avoid Turk Telekom at all costs; it will be a costly mistake. I've stressed this numerous times as someone who relies on home internet for work, but they all make the same excuses. They claim to escalate complaints, but there is no evidence of this, and when I call back in two days, they have no record of doing so. It's all a joke. Their professionalism is lacking. I'm looking forward to the end of my contract so I can switch providers. Meanwhile, they're hogging my phone's internet connection. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere if you value service.
