Facing Problems with Türk Telekom's Slow Internet Service

I have Türk Telekom for my home internet service. Even with only one wall separating me from the modem, the connection is extremely weak, practically non-existent, causing constant freezing. Watching a movie is impossible with the constant buffering caused by a weak internet connection. It's not feasible to stream TV channels from my laptop. Unfortunately, I am unable to browse or shop online using my phone. I've had it up to here. When attempting to cancel, they insisted on a ₺4800 cancellation fee. Switching the modem resulted in a more negative outcome. I've had it up to here. Avoid purchasing it and explore alternative internet providers.
