Türk Telekom Internet Outages And Weak Connection With No Customer Support

The internet service provided by Turk Telekom is extremely poor, with frequent interruptions that sometimes last more than a day, and even when it does work, the connection is weak. I called customer service and, on the rare occasions they decide to take your call, they offer no explanation for why the service is down. Customer care is abysmal and practically nonexistent. An absolutely rubbish internet service provider that lacks any degree of customer service or professionalism.
