I Paid $100 to TuneCore but My Song Upload Is Still Stuck and Unpublished

I paid approximately $100 to upload my song through TuneCore, but I continue to receive an "Action Required, Please Reply to This Email" warning in the system. I completed all requested corrections and responded to the email I received on November 11, yet the same warning remains active and the process never moves forward.

My song was originally titled "Zülfü Yare Dokundu." Thinking the issue might be related to the title, I followed the instructions provided by TuneCore and changed the song name to "Dokundu." Despite making this change, there has been no progress. The song is neither being released nor can it be removed from the system. On top of that, I am unable to upload any new songs because of this unresolved issue.

The email address associated with my account is s*********@hotmail.com. I have repeatedly tried to contact TuneCore through both email and the company's support form, but the support system continually responds with automated messages saying, "I don't understand," preventing me from reaching a real representative. As a result, I feel completely helpless and unfairly affected by this situation.

At this point, I no longer believe my music will be uploaded or that this issue will be resolved. Therefore, I am requesting a full refund of the approximately $100 I paid to TuneCore. I want my payment refunded and the harm caused by this ongoing problem to be addressed as soon as possible.
