Trust Wallet Unauthorized Transfer – Refund and Security Review Request

I am a user of the Trust Wallet Android application and I recently noticed a crypto transfer from my wallet that I did not authorize. On 15 September 2026, an outgoing transaction of 0.010709 BTC, with a value of approximately 833.52 USD, was sent from my wallet to an address that I do not recognize. In the application the status of this transaction appears as “Completed” but I never approved or intentionally made this transfer and I do not even know the address to which the funds were sent. Because of this situation, I strongly suspect that my account or device may have been compromised and that I have been scammed. I am using Trust Wallet in the United States, and this loss is financially and emotionally very troubling for me. On 22 September I contacted Trust Wallet support by email to report the issue and request help. However, I have not yet received a satisfactory solution, and my funds are still missing. I also do not have any detailed explanation from you about how such an unauthorized transaction could occur despite using your wallet. I request that this unauthorized transaction be urgently investigated, that I be clearly informed about how this could happen, and that my lost amount be refunded if possible. In addition, I ask for your support in securing my wallet and preventing similar unauthorized transactions in the future, including any specific security recommendations or actions you can take on my account.
