Trust Wallet Blocks $3,000 and Prevents Transfers

I am using the Trust Wallet Android application, and I have an issue with 3000 USD that appears to be blocked and cannot be moved into my wallet. Since 1 January 2026, I see this amount in a kind of blocked section, but there is no option available to withdraw or transfer it into my usable wallet balance. Before this problem, I was able to make other withdrawals and transfers from Trust Wallet on the same device without any issues. After noticing that the 3000 USD was blocked and there was no withdrawal option, I updated the application, but the situation did not change, and the funds are still stuck in the same blocked area with no way to move them. I do not know the technical reason for this block; I only see that the 3000 USD is not accessible, and there is no withdrawal or transfer option. I kindly request your support to unlock this amount and enable it to be transferred into my wallet balance so that I can use it normally.
