Trust Wallet Android Account Drained by Unauthorized $160 Withdrawal Without Any Prompt

Today at approximately 16:18, my Trust Wallet account on Android (username a* ) was emptied through an unauthorized withdrawal totaling $160 labeled as a Koinim transfer, even though I did not initiate or approve any transaction. Under normal circumstances, Trust Wallet requires a password/confirmation for outgoing transfers, yet this transaction went through without any prompt or notification to me. The transaction appears in my in-app history, but I received no alert, and I absolutely did not perform it. This is the first time I have faced such an incident. I attempted to contact Trust Wallet support immediately but could not reach anyone. My device shows no suspicious apps, malware, or unusual activity, and my other accounts remain unaffected. I am requesting an urgent investigation, reimbursement of the $160, a full audit of access logs/IPs/devices, and concrete steps to strengthen security (e.g., enforced transaction prompts, optional 2FA, and real-time alerts) so this does not happen again.
