Refund Claim - Unauthorised Transaction On My Trust Wallet Account

I use Trust Wallet on my iOS device and on 6 October at 11:32 a.m. I noticed an unauthorized transfer in my account. In this transaction, approximately 0.002161 BTC (around $186) was sent from my wallet to an address I do not recognize and did not approve. I did not initiate or authorize this transaction in any way, and no one else has my consent to use my wallet. This situation makes me very concerned about the security of my account and the safety of my remaining funds. I request that this transaction and my account activity be urgently investigated, that a full security check be carried out on my wallet, and that the amount taken without my authorization be refunded to me if possible. I also ask to be informed clearly about how this could have happened and what additional security measures I should take.
