iPhone 11 Battery Overheating Caused Fire, Troy Service Ignored My Safety Concerns

My iPhone 11, only 15 months old, first experienced severe battery overheating, which damaged the rear camera and flash. I sent it to the service, where they reset the device. However, within two months, the battery overheated again, causing it to explode and catch fire. When I returned to the service, they dismissed me, saying the issue could be due to many factors and wasn't their responsibility. Despite explaining the severity of the situation—that my carpet burned, the phone exploded, and my home could have caught fire—they casually brushed it off, saying it was just a matter of fate. I urgently request that Apple address my issue, as I have all the photos and videos documenting this dangerous defect.
