TronLink Multisig Signature Pending - Unable To Withdraw My USDT
I use a TronLink wallet on my Windows 11 PC, where I currently hold TRX and USDT that were sent to me from the platform Stingray.ac via recovery. About three days ago, I tried to send these funds from TronLink to my Binance account using the Multisig Send feature, but the transfer does not go through. The screen only shows a message saying that it is waiting for a signature from another wallet, and nothing else happens. I do not know or control this other wallet that TronLink is waiting for, and I believe it may belong to the person who originally transferred the money into this wallet. Because of this, I am unable to move or use my own funds even though they are in my TronLink wallet. I have tried to reach Stingray.ac support, but they do not reply, and I do not know how to reach TronLink support directly. I request urgent help from TronLink regarding this situation. I want the unknown second wallet/signature requirement to be removed, or another solution provided, so that I can fully control this wallet and freely transfer my USDT and TRX, as these are my funds. I ask for clear guidance and a concrete resolution so that I can securely access and use my money.
