Trendyol Rejected My Return by Falsely Claiming I Used a Small-Sized Outfit

I bought it with great enthusiasm, but it turned out to be too small for me. The gaps between the buttons were exposing my body, and as seen in the standing photo, when I sat down, all the button gaps opened up as if they were about to burst. You can clearly see in the photo that it was too small, with the buttons already stretched. So, I returned the product, but my return was rejected, claiming that I had used it. How can I possibly use a product that doesn’t even fit me? Additionally, the product arrived with a strong smell of cigarettes and a workshop odor, making it quite unpleasant. Before trying it on, I sprayed some perfume on it and let it sit for a while to mask the smell. They claim there was a foundation stain, but if there was any, it could have happened while trying it on. I absolutely do not accept the claim that there was a stain, as there was no situation where it could have gotten dirty. In that case, I have to ask—was I sent a used product?
It is completely unacceptable for Trendyol to label a product that doesn’t even fit me as “used.” I am filing a complaint and will take this to the Consumer Court if necessary because falsely accusing a customer of using a product just to deny a return is highly unethical. If the product had fit me, why would I even return it? They are making false claims to avoid processing my return, and I have never experienced anything like this before. I cannot throw away 1500₺ just like that. Sorry, but I demand a solution from Trendyol immediately!
