Trendyol Refused to Accept My Return for a Faulty Hair Removal Device
I purchased a hair removal device on Trendyol. It had nearly 30,000 reviews, and the top ones were positive. I thought, "It must be a good product, so I'll buy it." The device I bought was supposed to have 999,999 flashes. When I used it, the flash count dropped to 999,980. The second time I turned it on, the flash count had dropped to 114. I turned it off and tried again an hour later, and it showed 999,999 again. They are refusing my return. Since it’s a hygiene product, they claim there’s nothing they can do. They sent it back saying, "The product works fine." The seller has caused issues for so many people, yet they ignore complaints because they’re good at promoting their product.
