Trendyol Order Marked Delivered Without Arrival - Refund Request Rejected
On November 1, I ordered muslin cloths and rosary gift products through Trendyol under order number #10637298359. Although my order appears as “delivered,” the items never reached me. The courier obtained the delivery code by calling me remotely and marked the order as delivered without bringing the products. I contacted Trendyol customer service multiple times regarding this issue. Although the seller accepted my return request, Trendyol rejected it on the grounds that I had provided the delivery code, and they did not resolve my grievance. I paid ₺1,939.82 by credit card. This is the first time I have experienced such a problem, and I request that my issue be resolved by either sending my products or refunding my payment.
