Trendyol Fails to Deliver on Its Promises to Sellers
Trendyol has failed to keep its promises. We were supposed to advance to the next level of our development, leveraging e-commerce consultants to help us grow our business. Despite being instructed to call ****************** for assistance, we’ve made three calls, only to be told they took notes and would call back. They never did. Instead of helping sellers, they seem to create obstacles. In the past, they offered to assign us a consultant, but this consultant neither answers our calls nor responds to our messages. As one of Turkey's leading companies, it’s disappointing that Trendyol doesn’t support its sellers as they should. Instead of fostering growth and providing necessary assistance, their inaction is hindering our progress in the competitive e-commerce market.
