Trendyol Blocks My Reviews Without Explanation and Customer Service Offers No Help
I'm having trouble with Trendyol's review method, which makes me feel really stuck. When I try to leave a comment, I get a message that says, "We cannot publish your review." It does not matter what kind of review I leave—five stars or nothing—the mistake keeps showing up. When I called customer service, they told me that there was no way to fix the problem because my account seems to have been banned from writing reviews. But I didn't get any information about why this happened or how to fix it. It's annoying that Trendyol, a well-known company, doesn't have customer service that can help. Unfortunately, I can't give you any comments, and Trendyol's support hasn't helped me fix the problem.
